  • Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) – 1/2cup
One or more of the following vegetables cubed:-
  1. Pressure cook dhal with water and turmeric powder.
  2. Add vegetables, 2 cups of water and green chillies to the dal.
  3. :- No chilly powder required for this curry.
  4. Cook till the vegetables are done.
  5. Switch off the flame and add curry leaves and coconut oil.
  6. Just pour the tea spoon of oil over the hot dish and curry leaves. No seasoning with mustard is reqd.
  7. :- Serve with rice and pappadam.
