Moong Dal / Green Gram Curry
Green gram gravy is a very healthy and tasty curry that goes well with Chapathi and Roti. The curry tastes so good and can be had even with rice.

  1. fry the moong dal in the pan without adding oil
  2. broke the fried moong dal.
  3. broke all the moong dal.
  4. boil the broken moong dal by adding water, tomato, green chili, salt, turmeric powder and garlic
  5. once it get boiled, smash the boiled moong dal as shown the picture
  6. in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram and fennel seeds
  7. add curry leaves, red chili and onion, saute it until the onion turn into brown
  8. add the onion mixtures into the moong dal and mix well. add salt if needed
  9. moong dal curry is ready. serve with rice, chappati or roti
