- Boneless Mutton(chopped) - 1 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 3 tbsp
- Black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(grated) - 1/2 inch
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mouth watering cumin mutton, dry roast 2 tbsp cumin seeds until a nice aroma comes. Keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the remaining cumin seeds, black peppercorns and cardamoms for about 2 minutes.
- Add in the green chillies, garlic and ginger. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground coriander and cumin powder to the pan with the salt and cook over a medium heat, stirring for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the mutton pieces, stir and mix thoroughly with the spices. Cover and allow to simmer for 25 minutes with required water.
- Add the garam masala and remaining dry-roasted cumin seeds and cook for a further 5 minutes,
- Mouth watering cumin mutton is ready. Serve hot.
