  • par boiled rice 1/4 cup –
  • moong dal 1/4 cup –
  • toor dal 1/4 cup –
  • channa dal 1/4 cup –
  • hing little –
  • cumin seeds 1/2 sp –
  • red chili flakes 1 sp –
  • Curry leaves Few –
  • Salt to taste –
  1. For preparing the delicious and healthy dish, first soak rice and all dals for 2 hours.
  2. Grind it in a mixer.
  3. Add turmeric and salt to the batter.
  4. Now to this add hing, cumin sees, red chili flakes, and curry leaves.
  5. Mix well and prepare dosa.
  6. Flip the other side.
  7. Serve with chutneys you desire.
