  • Drum stick leaves – 2cups
  • Coconut(half cup) –
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Salt(As reqdf) –
  • Chilly powder – 1/4tsp
  • Turmeric powder(A pinch) –
  • Shallots – 4nos
  1. Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it.
  2. Mix the leaves with coconut, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
  3. Sauté it with shallots for 5-10 minutes on low flame, till done.
