  1. For preparing mushroom peera, first clean mushroom and cook well with turmeric.
  2. In a kadai, heat coconut oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Add ginger, onion and green chillies.
  3. Add curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked mushroom and drain water.
  5. Fry well and serve mushroom peera.
