- Mushrooms(cut lengthwise) - 200 g
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Fenugreek leaves(chopped) - 1 cup
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
- Fresh cream - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mushrooms with fenugreek leaves, heat butter in a vessel.
- Splutter cumin seeds and add in the garlic.
- Once the garlic becomes brown in colour, saute in the mushrooms, fenugreek leaves, cumin powder, green chillies and salt. Allow the mushrooms to cook.
- Pour in the fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves. Mix it well and remove it from the flame.
- Mushrooms with fenugreek leaves is ready. Serve hot.
