Ingredients
- Mussels(clean the shell) - 32 nos
- Courgettes/zucchini - 400 g
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1 clove
- White grape juice - 110 ml
- Tomatoes(cubed) - 50 g
- Parsley(chopped) - 50 g
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- olive oil - 50 ml
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in the whole mussels and grape juice.
- when the mussels are done, remove from the heat and take the mussel out of the shell.
- Strain the liquid and put it in a clean pan. Allow it to boil till the stock reduces a little.
- Then add in the tomatoes, parsley and pepper powder.
- Arrange the courgettes on a plate in a circle, put the mussels and pour the sauce over it.
- Mussel with courgettes is ready. Serve immediately.
