Ingredients
- Mussels(cleaned, small) - 300 g
- Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chives(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cabbage Leaves(washed) - 6 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(If reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mussel wraps, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions.
- Add in the mussels, oyster sauce, pepper powder and chives. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes with a little water in a closed vessel.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the centre of the cabbage leaves and roll it and pierce a tooth pick so that it doesn¦t come out(stays intact).
- Place it in a steamer for 5 minute.
- Mussel wraps are ready. Serve immediately with tea as a snack.
