Instructions
  1. For preparing mussel wraps, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions.
  2. Add in the mussels, oyster sauce, pepper powder and chives. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes with a little water in a closed vessel.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the centre of the cabbage leaves and roll it and pierce a tooth pick so that it doesn¦t come out(stays intact).
  4. Place it in a steamer for 5 minute.
  5. Mussel wraps are ready. Serve immediately with tea as a snack.
