Ingredients
- Whole Green gram(Oru pidi, Cherupayar) - 1/2 a
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper(crushed) - 1 tsp
- Onion(small) - 1 no
- Cooking oil - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Soak the whole gram for 6 - 8 hours.
- Drain the excess water and cover the gram with a wet cloth for around 8 hours.
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
- Add the onion and cook it until golden colour.
- Add the curry leaves and eggs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Keep stirring for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add the whole gram and cook for 3 - 4 mins on low flame covering the pan with a lid.
- :- Serve hot!!!
- :- If u add 4 egg whites, instead of 2 whole eggs, it makes a really healthy dish.
