Ingredients
  • Whole Green gram(Oru pidi, Cherupayar) – 1/2a
  • Eggs – 2nos
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Pepper(crushed) – 1tsp
  • Onion(small) – 1no
  • Cooking oil 1tsp
  • Curry leaves(A few) –
Instructions
  1. Soak the whole gram for 6 – 8 hours.
  2. Drain the excess water and cover the gram with a wet cloth for around 8 hours.
  3. Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
  4. Add the onion and cook it until golden colour.
  5. Add the curry leaves and eggs mixed with salt and pepper.
  6. Keep stirring for 3 – 4 minutes.
  7. Add the whole gram and cook for 3 – 4 mins on low flame covering the pan with a lid.
  8. :- Serve hot!!!
  9. :- If u add 4 egg whites, instead of 2 whole eggs, it makes a really healthy dish.
