  1. For preparing mutton burgers, grind mutton mince, onion, garlic, cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Remove it from the grinder and add in maida.
  3. Make it into a shape of a cutlet.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both the sides on low flame.
  5. Mutton burgers is ready. Serve the burgers immediately with bread (make it into a sandwich).
