  1. chop the onion, ginger and garlic
  2. in a pan heat the oil and temper the ginger and garlic
  3. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  4. chop the mutton into small piece and wash and clean it
  5. add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  6. add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well
  7. mint leaves and mix well
  8. add 4 glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton gets cook well
  9. cook the aloo and smash it
  10. once the mutton get cooked, add smashed potato
  11. mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
  12. in a bowl mix maida, cornflour
  13. in another bowl add egg and beat well
  14. in a plate take bread crumbs
  15. from the mutton mixture. make small ball
  16. from a mutton ball make a round shape
  17. dust the mutton in maida, cornflour
  18. and dip in egg
  19. coat the bread crumbs
  20. heat the oil and fry the cutlet
  21. once it turn into golden brown, remove from oil. cutlet is ready to serve. serve with sauce
