Ingredients
Mutton 250 gram –
aloo 100 gram –
Mint Leaves
1/5 cup –
Egg
: 1 no –
Onion
: 1 no –
Ginger
: small piece –
garlic
3 no. –
Red chili powder : 1 tsp –
Turmeric Powder
: 1 tsp –
Garam Masala
: 1 tsp –
Maida : 3 tsp –
Corn flour : 3 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Bread crumbs
: 1 cup –
Oil
to fry –
Instructions
chop the
onion
,
ginger
and
garlic
in a pan heat the
oil
and temper the
ginger
and
garlic
add
onion
and saute it until it turn into brown
chop the mutton into small piece and wash and clean it
add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
add
salt
, red chili powder,
garam masala
,
turmeric powder
and mix well
mint leaves
and mix well
add 4 glass of
water
, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton gets cook well
cook the aloo and smash it
once the mutton get cooked, add smashed
potato
mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
in a bowl mix maida,
cornflour
in another bowl add
egg
and beat well
in a plate take
bread crumbs
from the mutton mixture. make small ball
from a mutton ball make a round shape
dust the mutton in maida,
cornflour
and dip in
egg
coat the
bread crumbs
heat the
oil
and fry the cutlet
once it turn into golden brown, remove from
oil
. cutlet is ready to serve. serve with sauce
