Ingredients
- Mutton(clean and cut it into small pieces) - 1 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Dried red chillies - 15 nos
- Garlic bulb - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 2 pieces
- Coconut(grated and ground) - 2 tbsp
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds(roasted and ground, Kashakasha) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Fry whole garam masala.
- Add chopped onions and continue frying till golden brown.
- Add coriander paste and fry well.
- Add mutton pieces and fry some more.
- Close the lid and cook Mutton Curry for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves in the Mutton Curry.
- :- Mutton Curry is ready. Serve Mutton Curry hot.
- :- You can have Kerala Mutton Curry with rice, porotta or chapathi.
