Ingredients
mutton 1 kg –
cardamom
3 –
clove 5 –
pepper 8 –
cinnamon 2 –
red chilly powder 2 tsp –
green chilly 4 –
Turmeric powder

coriander powder
: 2 tsp –

Onion

Ginger
: 1 inch piece –

cashew nuts 6 –

powder 1 cup –
Instructions
grind all the masalas and powders
heat the pressure cooker and sauté
onion
ginger
garlic
and green chilly
then add the grinded masalas and stir well.
add mutton to it
add
water
if needed and close the cooker and allow it to get cooked.
grind the cashew nuts
to the grinded nuts add
coconut
powder
add some fresh
cream
and little
water
and grind it
pour this mix to the mutton curry
stir well and allow it to get boiled
then off the flame and serve to the serving dish.
