Ingredients
- Mackerel - 2
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 2
- garlic - 4 pods
- Tamarind water(as required) -
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Oil(as required) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a clay pot and sautT mustard and fenugreek seeds in it.
- Mix in the tomato, green chilly and stir well.
- Add 1 tsp chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Mix in the curry leaves and take it from flame.
- Serve it.
