  1. Cook the raw jackfruit, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required in a pressure cooker.
  2. Grind the coconut, cumin seeds, shallots, garlic and water to make a smooth paste.
  3. Mix in the raw jackfruit and grinded coconut.
  4. Mash it with a wooden spoon thoroughly.
  5. And cook it again for 5-10 minutes.
  6. :- Serve it for dinner with kanji.
