  1. Mix spinach, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, grated coconut, curry leaves and salt together with hand.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies.
  3. Add the vegetable mix to the pan and cook in a low flame.
  4. Serve hot.
