Ingredients
- nattu kozhi 1/2 kg -
- Onion – 3 -
- Tomato 2 -
- ginger garlic paste 4 tsp -
- fennel seed 1/2 tsp -
- Cloves – 2 - 3
- Cinnamon: 1 -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- corrinder powder 1 tsp -
- curry masala 1 tsp -
- chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp -
- pepper 1/2 tsp -
- oil 6 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- grind the garlic ginger clove fennel seed and cinnamon and make fine paste
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves
- add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- now add tomato and mix well
- now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, curry masala, chicken masala, pepper and coriander powder and mix well till the smell goes out
- add chicken and mix well till the masala binding it
- nattu kozhi / varuval fry is ready to serve
