Instructions
Soak poppy seed in curd for 15 minutes to make it soft.
Grind
coconut
with soaked
poppy seeds
, cashew, sauf, coriander leaves,
ginger
,
garlic
and
green chillies
.
Heat
ghee
and add
onion
and patta.
When
onion
turns light brown add
tomato
slices.
When
tomato
is cooked add the ground masala and saute for sometime until the raw smell disappears and becomes little dry.
Add
water
to this and add cooked and diced
potato
, cooked peas.
Add
Apple
, grapes,
salt
and
sugar
.
Cover and boil until blended well. :-May be for 5 minutes
Add
curry leaves
.
Boil once and remove from fire.
:-Very good to eat with idly, chappathy, pathiri or
ghee
rice or even with bread.
