Neer Dosa-Biriyani Rice Neer Dosa
Neer dosa is the most popular breakfast in our is easy to prepare,just soak the rice,grind it with grated coconut and cooked rice to get thin watery batter and prepare need of fermentation.Usually it is prepared with raw rice(pachari),here i use biriyani rice instead of raw rice so it is soft,super thin and melt in your mouth.

  • Biriyani rice – 1/2kg
  • Grated Coconut 1cup
  • Cooked rice – 3/4cup
  • Water(as required) –
  • Salt(to taste) –
  1. Soak biriyani rice in enough water for 5-6 hour or overnight
  2. Drain the soaked rice and add grated coconut,cooked rice and mix well
  3. Add them in a wet grind jar,just add water enough for grinding the rice.if you add too much water then you wont be able to grind the rice well.
  4. Grind to a smooth batter and then take it in another bowl.add more water to get a thin flowing water consistensy.add salt as required and stir well.
  5. Heat a non stick pan.pour a ladle of batter into it.the pan should be hot such that when you pour dosa,it should be flat and thin.
  6. Biriyani rice neer dosa is ready to serve.Best served with beef curry
