  • Ripe bananas(steamed, Nenthrapazham) - 4 nos
  • Jaggery(Sharkara) - 200 g
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 litre
  • Ghee(Little) -
  • Cashew nuts - 5 nos
  • Raisins(unakkamunthiri) - 10 nos

Instructions
  1. Grind the steamed banana.
  2. Take a pan and add little ghee. 3)To this, add the ground banana.
  3. Saute it well.
  4. Add the jaggery and again saute it well.
  5. Add coconut milk, mix well and allow to boil, stirring continuously. 7)Remove from flame before boiling starts.
  6. In another pan, add little ghee add fry raisins. Add this to the above nenthrapazham mixture.
