- Take a blender and add pineapple pieces and make a fresh smoothie
- To that add yogurt and mix well
- In that mix add oats and mix well.
- Now close tightly and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Then after 15 minutes pour this oats mix into a bowl.Then add cut fruits nuts and serve immediately.
