North Indian Style Tandoori Chicken

  • Chicken(approx 2Kg) – 4Pounds
  • Ginger(1 inch length) – 1piece
  • garlic 4to
  • Curry leaves 10to
  • Green Hot pepper(or alter to taste) – 4nos
  • Yoghurt Plain(curd) – 2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder(or alter to taste) – 1/2tsp
  • Rajah Tandoori Masala Powder – 4tsp
  1. Chop and grind together ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green hot pepper.
  2. Add curd, red chilli powder and the masala powder and mix well. It will turn to a red colored paste.
  3. Add Chicken pieces to it and mix well.
  4. Keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 3-4 hours.
  5. Grill it on a barbeque grill (or oven). If you like you can brush or spray the sides with oil as you grill (u can use any oil like olive oil or canola oil).
  6. Serve it as big pieces, or slice it into small stripsa
