cream
milk

Fresh khoya(mashed) –
75
g
Corn flour(mixed with 1 cup
milk
) –

tbsp
Sugar

1/2
cup
Green cardamoms(crushed) –

Pistachios(chopped) –
1
tbsp
Almonds(chopped) –
1
tbsp
Instructions
Boil the
milk
in a heavy bottomed pan till its quantity is reduced to half, on a medium flame.
Add
sugar
, corn flour mixture & cook for 2 minutes more till the
sugar
is well dissolved.
Remove from flame & cool slightly.
Add khoya, almonds, pistachios & cardamoms.
Fill the mixture in khulfi moulds & freeze till firmly set.
