Instructions
cut
mushroom
in to small pieces
grind the masalas and cashew
then pour
coconut
milk
also ,mix it well
then heat a pan pour
oil
and add
mushroom
,
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
,green chilly.
sauté it well, then add
tomato
,
curry leaves
and grinded masala
mix it well and when it just boiled off the flame
transfer it to the serving dish.
