Oat Egg Omelette
Oat egg omelette is a good breakfast idea for those who love egg dishes. This dish is a healthy and it is ideal for kids.Mix flour, turmeric, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl. Pour milk and make a batter. Add the eggs and beat them until lightly frothy. Heat a pan with oil. Pour the egg mixture. Add the veggies evenly. When the oats omelet firms up, flip it to the other side and cook until done. Serve hot or warm.

  • oats 100 gms –
  • turmeric 1/2 sp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • pepper 1 sp –
  • oregano 1/2 sp –
  • milk 2 sp –
  • eggs 2 –
  • onions chop 3 sp –
  • carrots grated 3 sp –
  • capsicum chop 3 sp –
  1. turn oats in mixer to make a powder
  2. to this add tuemeric and salt
  3. add pepper and oregano
  4. add milk
  5. add eggs and mix well
  6. pour in hot pan and spread onions, carrots and capsicum
  7. flip it to cook and serve hot.
