  1. For preparing Olan, first peel the skin off all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Add all the vegetables along with green chillies and salt in boiling water.
  3. Allow it to cook.
  4. Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk or 1st extract from the grated coconut.
  5. When the vegetables are fully cooked, add the thick coconut milk followed by curry leaves and coconut oil.
  6. Heat it through.
  7. :- Do not boil it after adding coconut milk.
  8. Remove Olan from flame.
