Ingredients
  • Eggs – 4nos
  • Onion(chopped) – 1tsp
  • Green chillies(chopped) – 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Whole garam masala(A few) –
  • Cunmin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1tsp
  • Bay leaves(Vazhana/Karuga ela) – 4
  • Onion paste – 1/4cup
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 1/4 cup) –
  • Tomato(chopped) – 1cup
  • Curd – 1/2cup
  • Red chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Water 1cup
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing) –
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and spread it evenly on it.
  2. Make an omellette and cut them into 6 equal portions.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add cumin seeds, whole garam masala and bay leaves into it.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry it for few minutes, until the oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
  6. Add water and allow it to boil.
  7. Add the pieces and cover it for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. :- Serve hot with rice or chappathis.
