Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cut onions into small pieces and fry in oil for 3 mins.
  2. Add salt, curry leaves, red chilly powder and tamarind. Mix well and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Put everything in a mixer grinder and grind well.
  5. :- Your onion smash is ready. Serve with dosa, idly, rice, boiled egg etc.
