For dough:-
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 550gm
  • Dry yeast – 2 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1level
  • Sugar(powdered) – 1level
  • Warm water
  • Oil 4tsp
For the topping:-
  • Capsicum(cut into rings) – 2nos
  • Onion Rings(A few) –
  • Mozarella cheese –
  • Coarsely powdered red chillies
  • Sliced mushrooms and olives(optional) –
  1. For the dough:- 1)Sieve the maida with salt and sugar.
  2. Take half cup of warm water & dissolve yeast in it.
  3. Once the yeast is fully dissolved, make a well in the centre of the maida and pour it into the maida.
  4. Add 4 tsp oil & knead the dough with warm water. Cover it with a wet cloth.
  5. Keep it aside for 2-3 hrs till it becomes double the size.
  6. Divide the dough into 3 parts & roll it out.
  7. Grease pizza trays with plenty of oil.
  8. Place the rolled out dough in a tray and leave for 15 minutes.
  9. For the sauce:- 1)Chop the onions.
  10. Chop the tomatoes. Squeeze out excess water from the tomatoes.
  11. Heat oil in a pan.
  12. Add onions & crushed garlic & fry for 3 mins.
  13. Add tomatoes, sugar, chilli powder & salt & boil till the mixture bacomes dry.
  14. Blend the mixture in a liquidiser.
  15. How to proceed:- 1)Spread the sauce over the rolled out dough.
  16. Arrange capsicum & onion rings.
  17. Grate plenty of cheese over the pizza.
  18. Spread sliced mushroom & olives over the filling.
  19. Bake in a very hot oven at 250ª Celsius for 20 mins.
  20. Cut into pieces and serve hot with coarsely ground red chillies.
