Instructions
Grind together all the ingredients for the masala.
Boil vegetables with second extract of
coconut
milk
, ground masala and
salt
.
Once cooked, add first extract of
coconut
milk
.
When it starts to boil, remove from flame.
Add lemon juice.
:- Serve hot with chappathis, idiyappams or dosas.
