  1. Chop the onions, chillies, spinach and the curry leaves finely.
  2. Add to it the gram flour, salt and cashewnuts.
  3. Mix together to make it into a mixture and leave it for 15 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized balls or pieces.
  5. Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
