Ingredients
  • Aloo 1 cup –
  • palak 1/4 cup –
  • onion 1 –
  • Green chilli 1 –
  • Carrot : 1/4 cup –
  • Beans : 1/4 cup –
  • cabbage 1/5 cup –
  • Capsicum : 1/4 cup –
  • grated paneer 1/4 cup –
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp –
  • cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp –
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp –
  • Maida : 2 tsp –
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum and make palak as paste
  2. in a bowl add all vegetables, palak paste,onion, green chilli, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
  3. make as a dough
  4. from a dough make small balls
  5. dust with maida
  6. heat the oil and add the balls one by one and fry it in medium flame until it cook well
  7. palak kofta is ready to serve. serve with sauce
