Ingredients
  • Steamed rice 1 cup –
  • Palak 4 tsp –
  • Carrot : 1/4 cup –
  • Beans : 1/4 cup –
  • cabbage 1/4 cup –
  • Capsicum : 1/4 cup –
  • onion 1/2 cup –
  • Green chilli 2 no. –
  • paneer 1/2 cup –
  • Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp –
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Maida : 2 tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Rice flour : 3 tsp –
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum, grate the paneer and make a paste of palak
  2. in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
  3. mix like a dough
  4. from a mixture, make small balls
  5. take the ball one by one and dust with the maida
  6. heat the oil and fry it in medium flame, until it get cooked and becomes brown colour
  7. palak paneer steamed rice kofta is ready to serve
