  1. in butter add fresh peas and saute it.
  2. separately saute palak , tomatoes ginger garlic paste and grind it finely.
  3. add this paste to the gravy
  4. when cooked add garam masala and aumchur powder to it.
  5. finally add fresh cream and serve.
