This is a delicious perfect Indian breakfast veg recipe. This is more or less like the chapatis that carries palak and all nutritious grain flours. Here we have added 3 flours but it depends on your taste to add few more flours.

  1. chop onions and palak
  2. add chili, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, garlic paste, rice flour and besan
  3. add wheat flour to this
  4. knead to a dough with water and rest for 10mins
  5. take small portions and flatten to a round with hands
  6. cook it in tawa both sides
  7. serve with sauce
