Ingredients
Palak –
2
cup
Coconut
grated –
1
cup
Cumin seeds

Green chilly –

Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Coconut oil

Turmeric powder

Instructions
First in heat
oil
in a kadai add 2 tsp of
oil
and add mustards .when mustard crackles, add palak ,
salt
and
turmeric powder
and cook f or 2 minutes.
Add half ground
coconut
,
cumin seeds
, green chilly and onions to this palak.
Mix well properly and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on a low flame.
Mix continuously for 5 minutes.Now palak thoran is ready to serve.
Serve with hot chappathi or with side dish for rice.
