Instructions
For preparing panakam, dissolve the
jaggery
in
water
and strain it.
Add all the other ingredients:
dry ginger
power, black
pepper powder
,
cardamom
powder, and
salt
into
jaggery
water
.
Keep in fridge till chilled.
