  1. For preparing paneer with curd, take a mixing bowl and put all the seeds: kalonji, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  2. Grind together onion, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
  3. Put a hard bottomed pan on fire and heat oil.Fry paneer and keep aside. Add the above seed mixture and allow to splutter.
  4. Add the ground onion and sautT well. Add paneer and salt.Saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add curd and flour. Bring to boil.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander .
  7. Paneer with curd, a tasty and healthy recipe with the goodness of milk, is ready.
