  1. Make the following pastes ready.
  2. MilkTomato sauce paste : mix well the tomato sauce with 100 ml milk.
  3. Tomato puree : Grind the tomato into fine paste in a grinder.
  4. Cashew nut paste : Soak 2 tsp of cashew nuts in 100 ml milk for 15 minutes and grind it to a paste.
  5. In a deep pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onions to this.

  7. Cook until brown and then add the powders, garam masala powder coriander powder , chilli powder and turmeric powder to this together with tomato puree.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes and then add all other pastes and salt together with sliced paneer cubes.
  9. It will be tastier if the paneer cubes are fried on a low flame. (can also add some kasuri methi and coriander leaves if required)
