- Cottage cheese(cubed, Paneer) - 300 g
- Green peas(cooked) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 4 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Tomato(paste) - 5 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakkam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Jaggery(Sharkara) - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nuts(powdered) - 4 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 5 springs
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing paneer green peas coconut gravy, heat ghee in a vessel, add onion paste, cumin seeds, salt and saute till it becomes transparent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes on low flame. 3)Pour in the tomato paste and green chillies. Saute it till the ghee separates.
- Then add in paneer, green peas, coriander powder, chilly powder, jaggery, cashew nut powder and coconut milk.
- Allow it to cook till the gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Paneer green peas coconut gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, porotta, bread etc.
