Almond/Cashew paste (soak almond and cashew in
water
for 1/2 hour. Peel the skin off the almond and grind to a fine paste) –

Instructions
Shallow fry paneer cubes in
oil
. Keep aside.
Grind
ginger
, green chilli with tomatoes and keep aside.
Grind the almond and cashew to a fine paste and keep aside. Heat oilin a Kadai / Wok. Add the
cumin seeds
followed by
tomato
paste and fry until the
oil
starts to come out of the masala.
Add
coriander powder
, chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and almond-cashew paste and fry well until you see the rich
tomato
paste. Add
salt
and
garam masala
and the cubed paneer.
Garnish with coriander leaves. :-Enjoy. Serve with rotis or rice.
