Ingredients
  • Paneer : 1 cup –
  • Maida : 1 tsp –
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Red chilli powder : ½ tsp –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp –
  • Capsicum : 1 no –
  • Green chilli 2 no. –
  • Spring onion : ½ cup –
  • Oil : 3 tsp –
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp –
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp –
  • Red chilli sauce : 2 tsp –
  • Ajinomoto 1 pinch –
Instructions
  1. Cut the Paneer into Small Cubes
  2. Add Maida, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Salt and Red Chilli powder in the paneer and mix well
  3. Heat the oil and put the paneer
  4. Fry the paneer till it get golden brown
  5. Finely chop the onion, capsicum and ginger garlic
  6. chop the spring onion and green chilli
  7. Heat the oil in the pan add the chopped ginger garlic and fry it.
  8. Now add Onion and fry till it turn into brown
  9. Add capsicum green chilli and spring onion allow to fry for 5 mins
  10. add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt and ajitomoto and mix well
  11. now add fried paneer and mix well
  12. paneer manchurian is ready to serve with naan, chapati etc
