Paneer Methi Biriyani
Methi Paneer Biriyani is flavorsome and appealing in looks. Methi PaneerBiriyanis a nice variation to the good old pulao or rice. this is simple and easy to do. this very tasty recipe with a nice aroma. this have more calcium and iron in this both paneer and methi.

  • Basmathi rice – 1cup
  • Paneer(sliced) – 1cup
  • Methi( fresh) – 1hand
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Grama masala – 1tsp
  • Red chili – 1tsp
  • Curd – 1/2cup
  • Whole spice(each – 1) –
  • Onion 2chopped
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  1. In bowl add paneer cube and red chili powder, garam masala and turmeric and salt mix well
  2. Now add curd mix well and marinate for 15 mins
  3. In pan add ghee/ oil and temper whole garam masala
  4. Now add onion and saute well and add ginger garlic paste saute well
  5. Now add methi leaves and saute well
  6. Now add Paneer mix and mix gently
  7. in mean time boil basamathi rice 3/4 cooked
  8. Now spread cooked rice on top of masala close lid and cook for 10 mins in low flame and turn off
  9. now its ready to serve Paneer Methi Biriyani
