Instructions
- For preparing paneer recipe, boil milk well.
- Stir in the juice of 1 lime and stir it continuously.
- When the milk curdles, strain it through a muslin cloth.
- Squeeze out the excess water and put a weight on top of it to flatten it.
- After some time cut into cubes.
- Paneer is ready to be used in any preparation.
