This is a great recipe made with paneer.Paneer tikka masala is a popular Punjabi recipe available in most of the north Indian restaurants.Paneer tikka masala is a simple recipe ie,marinated cheese cottage cheese cubes are grilled on stove top or in oven.Today i made paneer tikka masala in my home.It came out well.My husband and my son likes a lot. - Paneer tikka masala restaurent style

Instructions
- Add chili powder,coriander powder and gram masala
- Mix all well with our hand and keep refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai
- Whet oil is hot add marinated paneer and veggies to kadai.Cook for 5 minutes.
- Once one side is cooked turn to other side too for 5 minutes.Keep aside.
- Fry onions and tomato for 5 minutes in kadai.
- Grind in a mixer and add to kadai.
- Add marinated pieces to this gravy ,mix well together and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add cream to this and mix well.
- Add kasthuri methi for this and mix all together well.
- Now paneer tikka masala in restaurant style is ready.Serve with chapati,naan,roti,
