Instructions
- Now grind shavarma ingredients except paneer
- Mix with paneer, deep fry it. and keep aside
- Now boil Sprouted green gram. add garlic, red chili, curd, mint and grind well
- Transfer it to bowl and keep aside
- Now Beat curd well with sugar and pepper corns for topping
- Now arrange with Chapathi spread Hummus(Sprouted green gram) add fried paneer , chopped capsicum, onions, topping curd( add with sugar)
- wrap it. Now Paneer Veg Shavarma wrap is ready to serve
