- Shallots/small onions(smashed, Kunjulli) - 3 nos

Instructions
- For preparing pappad fougath, first break the pappad into small bits.
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the broken bits of pappad. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in another vessel, fry the smashed dry red chillies and smashed shallots well.
- Remove the vessel from flame and toss in the fried pappad bits. Mix it well(add salt if required).
- Pappad fougath is ready.
