Pappada Thoran
It is a tasty dish for rice.we can eat this as an accompaniment to a meal or eaten as a snack.This recipe i learned from my cousin.It has unique taste.

  1. Heat oil in a kadai add mustad seeds.When mustard splutters added red chilly stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add grated coconut to this and fry for some time .
  4. Add chilli powder to this and mix all together for 2 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric powder and salt to this mix for 2 minutes.
  6. Fry pappadam in a usual way.
  7. Crush this this fried pappadams and add this to coconut mix.
  8. MIx well the whole thing.
  9. Stir for 2 minutes and switch off the gas
  10. Now pappada thoran is ready to serve.
